High Grove I is the need for growth past the standard physical limitations of magnetic tape, past what one person can do alone. The act of getting to better understand something and someone already familiar.
This album is a product of progress through process.

Due to the nature of working with tape, this project is often frustrating and fleeting, tapes break, recycled gear falls apart, sometimes the first recording we get is the only one we get. Accepting faults is a part of this, these recordings will never be perfect.
